The Castelli Gabba RoS 2 Women's Short Sleeve Jersey is the fifth iteration of the legendary jersey/jacket that debuted in 2010 and caused a sensation in 2013, when the pro peloton bought Gabbas with their own money prior to a stormy Milan-San Remo. This break from protocol came about because the pro riders recognised that this fully windproof and essentially waterproof garment would offer a performance advantage when racing in the worst weather. Since that fateful spring classic, the Gabba has become a peloton staple, whether for foul weather racing or winter training, and although much imitated has never yet been bettered. This new Gabba RoS has further been improved by an extra pocket for added storage space, better reflectivity at the back, a two-way zip for temperature control, and rethought placement of the taped shoulder seams for better rain protection.
