Standard UK mainland delivery is free on orders of £75 or more. Orders under £75 cost £5.95. Bikes are excluded from the free-delivery threshold and incur a £50 build and delivery charge.
Is click and collect free?
Yes. Freewheel offers free click and collect from its network of independent partner stores. Most items are ready from 2pm the next working day, or within up to 3 working days.
Does Freewheel accept Cycle to Work online?
Not currently. Freewheel says it is looking into popular Cycle to Work schemes for online orders and advises contacting your local Freewheel store for in-store scheme availability.
What products are excluded from discount codes?
Freewheel promotion terms typically exclude bikes, frames, Garmin and Thule products, and items already on sale or marked down.
How long do I have to collect a click and collect order?
You have up to 7 working days to collect from your chosen store after receiving the ready-to-collect email. Uncollected parcels are returned to Freewheel HQ.
