Shimano Deore XT M8250 Di2 Upgrade Kit - SGSBand-On

The Shimano Deore XT M8250 Di2 Upgrade Kit delivers wireless shifting with automatic derailleur realignment, offering fast performance and reduced maintenance in one simple package. Built for 12-speed setups and designed for trail-ready reliability, it combines proven XT durability with Di2 digital precision. The wireless layout simplifies cockpit setup, while the derailleur's impact recovery keeps shifting accurate after strikes.Key Features and Benefits:Fully wireless derailleur and shifter system: eliminates the need for shift cables and mechanical routing. This reduces setup time, removes friction, and prevents contamination. The result is faster shifts and a cleaner, low-maintenance cockpit.Automatic Impact Recovery in the RD-M8250 derailleur: uses an onboard motor to reset derailleur position after an impact. This maintains precise indexing without manual adjustment, keeping shifts consistent throughout the ride.Choice of GS (9-45T) or SGS (10-51T) derailleur cage: allows compatibility with either compact or wide-range 12-speed cassettes. Riders can match gearing to their terrain needs, maximising efficiency on climbs and descents.Choice of I-Spec EV or band-on shifter mount: integrates cleanly with compatible Shimano brake levers or attaches directly to handlebars. This gives flexibility in cockpit layout, supporting both factory and custom setups.BT-DN320 internal battery with EC-DN100 charger: delivers reliable power for all Di2 components. A single charge provides hundreds of kilometres of use, while USB-C charging ensures simple, fast top-ups.SW-M8250-IR wireless controller: allows fast, programmable shifting with tactile buttons. Using the E-Tube app, riders can customise shift behaviour to match their preferences, ensuring complete control over the drivetrain.Shadow RD+ derailleur with clutch mechanism: stabilises chain tension over rough ground. This reduces chain slap and helps prevent drops, leading to quieter rides and better drivetrain protection. The Shimano M8250 Di2 Upgrade Kit provides super consistent and responsive shifting in various riding conditions. With no mechanical cables to stretch or clog, and automatic derailleur re-alignment built in, the system maintains performance with minimal user input.
