Shimano FC-R9200 Dura-Ace 12-Speed Double Chainset - 170mm52/36T

The Shimano FC-R9200 Dura-Ace 12-Speed Double Chainset sets the standard for road racing performance, combining class-leading stiffness with ultra-low weight. Its advanced HollowTech II design delivers efficient power transfer and flawless shifting under load, making it the trusted choice for professional riders who demand precision, strength, and speed in every pedal stroke.Key Features and Benefits:Hollow outer chainring construction: The hollow design removes unnecessary material while boosting stiffness. This eliminates chainring flex for smoother, faster, and more accurate gear shifts under heavy pedalling loads.HollowTech II 4-arm cold-forged crank arms: Each arm is engineered to maximise rigidity while keeping weight to a minimum. The result is improved strength and responsiveness, ensuring efficient power transfer through every rotation.Optimised chainring-to-chain interface: The tooth profile is designed exclusively for 12-speed chains, enhancing chain contact. This increases drivetrain efficiency and ensures clean, consistent engagement at all cadences.High-rigidity structure: The crankset's refined design provides superior stability under sprint and climb forces. This translates into a more direct and confident ride feel when maximum power is applied.Wide gearing and crank length options: Available in multiple chainring ratios and crank arm sizes, it allows precise setup for racing, climbing, or time trial performance. Riders can tailor their drivetrain to specific terrain or disciplines.Precision shifting under load (stand-out feature): The hollow outer chainring's rigidity ensures each shift engages instantly, even when sprinting or climbing. This reliability under pressure supports consistent speed and control in all race conditions.Engineered for riders who demand the highest efficiency, the FC-R9200's focus on power transfer and shifting accuracy ensures every watt goes to the road. Its refined hollow design and tailored options make it ideal for those chasing marginal gains where stiffness, weight, and control define performance.Built for elite competition yet refined for any serious road setup, this chainset represents the balance of strength, precision, and efficiency. Choose it to achieve uncompromising drivetrain performance on every ride.
