Shimano RD-M6250 Deore Di2 Wireless 12-Speed SGS Rear Derailleur

The Shimano RD-M6250 Deore Di2 Wireless 12-Speed SGS Rear Derailleur combines wireless technology with rugged reliability for fast, stable shifting in all conditions. Designed to perform under pressure, it features an integrated battery mount, crash recovery, and a high-torque chain management system that prevents skipping—even as components wear. The low-profile Shadow ES design keeps it protected from trail damage, while zero-maintenance internals deliver consistent, long-term performance.Key Features and Benefits:Wireless shifting with BLE and ANT connectivity: Ensures fast and accurate gear changes with reduced cable clutter. This results in cleaner bike builds and less mechanical interference.Integrated removable battery mount (BT-DN320 sold separately): Houses the power source within the derailleur linkage for added protection. This reduces battery exposure to impacts and harsh conditions.Crash recovery function: Automatically repositions the derailleur after heavy impacts. This preserves alignment and minimises the need for manual adjustment mid-ride.Shadow ES super low-profile design with skid plate: Enhances ground and obstacle clearance during aggressive riding. This helps prevent damage from rocks and trail debris.Dual spring chain stabilising switch: Reduces chain bounce over rough terrain. This leads to smoother pedalling and more consistent gear engagement.Zero-maintenance Shadow ES system: Uses sealed internal components that don't require regular servicing. Performance stays consistent over time, even with frequent use.70% increased spring force and tighter chain wrap: Improves chain retention on the cassette. This keeps shifting accurate and prevents slipping, especially under load.13T solid pulleys and reduced derailleur tension in low gears: Limits overall drivetrain stress in easier gears. This improves chain longevity and lowers the chance of dropped chains.Dependable steel pulley cages and cold forged alloy construction: Adds strength to high-wear zones. This increases durability in demanding off-road environments.Fluorine-coated link pin bushings: Reduces internal friction in the pivot areas. This allows smoother actuation and improved long-term reliability.Built for riders who want precise, stable shifting without the hassle of frequent maintenance, the RD-M6250 delivers performance that holds up in challenging terrain. Its high chain tension management, crash protection, and wireless integration support reliable 12-speed operation even in rough, dirty, or fast-changing trail conditions. The long cage SGS design is fully compatible with 10-51T cassettes, ensuring wide-range gearing coverage without sacrificing chain control.Equip your drivetrain with a rear derailleur that's engineered for speed, strength, and seamless wireless shifting. It's the smart choice for 12-speed trail performance that won't quit.
