There’s also 3g of creatine monohydrate to help power high-intensity bursts of exercise, to help you get the most out of every training session.2 Vitamin B12 is also in the mix to help you stay sharp, body and mind, contributing to fatigue reduction and normal psychological function.3.4 Performance Advisory Board Bringing together world-class scientists, doctors, and athletes to shape innovation at Myprotein — combining cutting-edge research with real-world testing to create solutions that actually deliver, for everybody.
